SPE Limited is ISO 14001 : 2015 accredited.

ISO 14000 is a family of standards related to environmental management that exists to help organisations minimise how their operations negatively affect the environment; comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other environmentally oriented requirements; and continually improve in the above.

Our ISO management system standard helps us to improve our performance by specifying repeatable steps that we consciously implement to achieve our goals and objectives, and create an organisational culture that reflexively engages in a continuous cycle of self-evaluation, correction and improvement of operations and processes through heightened employee awareness and management leadership and commitment.

Constructionline

SPE Limited has accreditation from Constructionline.

Critical to connecting buyers and suppliers, Constructionline is the UK’s most connected and progressive provider of procurement and supply chain management services, making contracting simpler and helping their customers achieve more.

Constructionline enables businesses to find SME contractors in their region and provides a rigorous checking process, which ensures that all suppliers are qualified, so standards are uncompromised.

SafeContractor

SPE Limited has accreditation from SafeContractor for commitment to achieving excellence in health and safety.

SafeContractor is a leading third party accreditation scheme which recognises very high standards in health and safety management amongst UK contractors.

Under the SafeContractor scheme, businesses undergo a vetting process which examines health and safety procedures and their track record for safe practice. Those companies meeting the high standard are included on a database, which is accessible to registered users only via a website.

Client-organisations who sign up to the scheme can access the database, enabling them to vet potential contractors before they even set foot on site. These clients agree that, as users of the scheme, they will engage only those who have received accreditation.

Major nation-wide businesses from several key sectors have signed up to use the scheme when selecting contractors for services such as building, cleaning, maintenance, refurbishment or electrical and mechanical work.

Additional Certifications and Training

All our Engineers are DBS checked. Engineers all carry CSCS Engineering Services SKILLcards, are British Water accredited, SPA/UKPIA Petrol Retail Safety Passport trained, plus have undergone various industry standard training courses, including being certified in Confined Space Entry and First Aid.
